Other good tycoon games

Does anyone know any other good game tycoon games? I love this and generally transport tycoon as well, so any reconmandations?

Hotel Tycoon/All Rollercoaster tycoons (1+2+expansions)/Airline Tycoon
^ You may have to buy these at a games store; or if you can find them online go for it..
Theme Hospital and Themepark from BULLFROG are great tycoony games too ^^

Zoo Tycoon 1 is awesome, and 2 is cool too. Cruise Ship Tycoon is all right but I can't make money fast enough lol. I kinda wanna try Prison Tycoon because it looks kinda cool. :)

Theme Hospital? Prison Architect does look like it will be cool.

I suggest you try out evil genius, it's sort of a tycoon game and pretty addictive. Just don't mind the dated graphics and somewhat clunky controls, you'll get used it real quick
All other suggestions are great too, but you should stay away from airline tycoon imo, it is realy boring

Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe (OTTD) and best of all it's free.

Also surprisingly Railroad Tycoon 2 is great fun.

And if you want some management games that aren't strictly tycoon, there's Theme Hospital, Dungeon Keeper (I'd go with 2 and skip 1, it's just an improvement) and Evil Genius are all great.

i seem to remember there being a mall tycoon too. although, it was really an odd game. but it was done up in the same style, and you had to deal with trash, teens tagging stuff, theft, etc. it was pretty fun

Theme Hospital gets my vote. An absolute classic. And also, the guy who mentioned Prison Architect is right - it does look very cool.

The only other one I've ever liked was Railroad Tycoon 2. 3 was a big let-down, though I can't remember why.

X3: Terraon Conflict could be called a Tycoon game if you close your eyes and wish REAL hard. You do build station complexes and take part in lots of trading and getting rich so it has some of the components.

Love the first two RCT games and the 3rd which is a blend of RCT, Theme Park & Zoo Tycoon: RollerCoaster Theme Park Zoo Tycoon is what it should have been named. :D

Though perhaps they aren't specifically meant as a "Tycoon" game, but they play quite similarily, I'm surprised no one's yet mentioned the Tropico games. I think 3 and 4 being my favorites of this genre. The most recent version for sale on Steam here:
