when i want to install in steam, she show me "RollerCoasterTycoon3
Has stopped working

so i don't know how can i do,.

Try running it in compatability mode for Win XP. I have windows 8 and it runs perfectly fine for me, so I have no idea why it wouldn't work for you.

Because I was buying RCT from STEAM 3: Platinum, games run directly from the implementation of STEAM, furthermore in computer files in the file can not choose STEAM compatibility options, very upset for this..

Yes you can run it in compatibility mode.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Gold
Right click on rct3plus.
properties
compatibilty tab
