Report a translation problem
a. You make your own. There's ways to burn steam game installlers onto a disc. Then you can use artwork from the game and play around in Photoshop/GIMP to get a good looking cover, and then go to a print shop and get it printed out.
b. You can directly talk to the devs see if one of the artists has free time to make a game cover for you.
c. If they did offer physical versions as part of the kickstarter, you can just ask whoever is in charge of shipping those out, if you can paypal them money to get one as well.
