Try recording at 720p At around Medium Graphic Settings, depending on Game.

Not sure if you are new to recording games or not but will say this anyway just in case. You will always want to record the footage to a separate hard drive and not the main hard drive. If you record to the same drive the OS and game are in it will make recording very difficult.

Thanks for the reply, I lowerd it to 30fps and the audio to Mondo 16bit 11KHz but what Codec settings should I use?

What framerate do you get while playing most games? & what games are you trying to record?

I've never had a problem recording with fraps and bandi liteCam is the only program I've had trouble with.

That's my test with LiteCam & you can try defragging your hard drive before recording that sometimes helps, or lowering the quality settings of the recording codec.

My upload Speed is terrible, like 60 kb/s So i couldnt get the quality I wanted for the video, but that was using FFdshow.
I hope its not against the Steam rules, but... http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm < you can get it from there.

The files are huge though, they sort of triple the recording time, so 5 minute recording, around 15-20 gigs.
