Unknown Error? Can't play!

So I've installed, then re-installed the game now and still have an unknown problem occur. When I launch the game, as soon as the 'now loading' screen appears, a box comes up which has a character's face in the corner. The box doesn't have any errors but I can type in it. I can't close it either, so the game just gets stuck on a full now loading screen. When I press send on the box, then the game crashes.

Any ideas what's going on? As stated above I've tried re-installing it, I've tried running in a different compatibility. It's nothing to do with my laptop as my laptop is really good. Tried turning my firewall off, scanned the game and no solution so far.

We solved it by rolling back her Nvidia drivers to the last one and it worked again.

how do you roll back your nvidia drivers?? i would like to play also!!

Well I rolled mine back and hey, I can play it now. Woop woop. All I did was find my Nvidia driver in device manager, click it's properties, when under device/driver it will have the option to roll back.

what does the rolling back do? can it be reversed if it messes other things up?

Try uninstalling Nvdia drivers & download the update b4 the latest 1 at the official website. My current version of Nvdia is 365.19

got the game to work... now the stupid seconday password thing is coming up and ive never had a passsword.. when i try to set it it says password incorrect. how is that dam possible.. its not letting me set the password....... aeria games is really making it a hastle to play now jesus christ

I had the same issue the day the update came out. Ended up going way back to 362.00 because all of them after that causes Driver Stopped Responding and crashes the game after a couple hours.
