This or Star Citizen?

I'm looking for a good space game.
Is this game worth or is better to backer a game like Star Citizen?

There is a demo for this game on the Store Page. Go ahead and download it and give it a try. Just be aware that this game is nothing like Star Citizen so there's really no comparison IMHO.

However, I'm thinking you are confusing this game with Line of Defense, which is in CBT at the moment.

This is an RTS game. It's not a space combat game.

If you are looking for one of our space combat games, look at either Galactic Command Echo Squad or Universal Combat CE

Both these games will take a while to be made. Both are relatively good games, but sadly there is barely anyone playing this game at the current time(according to steam charts) while star citizen currently has players. I try to have a neutral opinion and keep my comments profesional, but at least at the moment, you probably get a bit more time out of star citizen, but this game does have a lot of potential, you should find a lot of reviews on youtube if you cannot make up your mind.

Sorry for the necro, but just in case you were still deciding, Star citizen is about to release a relatively big update, might get you some more playtime.
Edit: I have been on the fence about both games so far, I really wish LoD had more players, or updates. But hey, not all is lost yet.
