Door Kickers is indeed awesome.

We did this DLC as a tribute to an awesome title with the support of the guys at Mode 7. Fun little thing to play, experience and enjoy. If you get it, awesome! Hope you like it!

If not, I'm sure it'll be on sale soon ;).

On the one hand, I'd have to agree with the OP, esp. when comparing the price of the DLC to that of the full game.

On the other hand, the look 'n' feel of FS has been transferred so well - the music, the sounds... plus the open & clean level design makes the new missions feel like a different game. Overall, I think that anybody who enjoyed FS will like this DLC.

Just one thing that shoud be added IMO: different avatar images for each faction. Those available now look too American for some of the factions and now totally out of place for FS squads. Shapeforms don't have faces :P

The Frozen Synapse DLC is out? I must get out! Also, while I didn't read about it in the update news, I noticed my game doesn't scroll like hell when other controllers are attached. Nice!

Did Mode 7 really help in the development of the game? I believe it was just them lending their name to sell more copies, nothing more than that. Shameful Gun Media...I trusted you guys more.

Considering volume of this DLC, I'd hesitate to buy next one. Unless some upgrade of this come.

We did this as something fun to collaborate with a team that has created an awesome tactical game experience. We've been talking to their team and they provided assets and support to make the experience possible!

It's a DLC, it's optional, and it was a joint effort with Mode 7. I think it's neat that two studios can cooperate like this to bring further spice to an already really good game.
Both Mode 7 and Gun Media are great studios, and I hope to see lots more from both in the future.

this is a cell phone game ported to pc; if you like this style i suggest silent storm, jagged alliance series, or door kickers. those games are worth their price tags, this is not. i played it a few times on my cell and it couldnt even hold my attention then it was so card borad cookie cutter generic.

I hardly believe you. B&C is actually a pretty good game. Better than Frozen Synapse, for me at least.
