goatz dlc not installed?

i just bought it but its not showing up within the game and it says not installed? how do i fix this?

Go to the game's entry in your library and click on it. That will bring up the detail page for the game. In the middle of the page is a list of the DLC. If the DLC is checked, uncheck it then check it again. That should cause the DLC to install.
