Баг в Castel Nuovo - виснет заставка

при запуске северных ворот происходит ролик - чудовище с длинными пальцами утаскивает какого-то солдатика и тот орёт. У меня он ещё минут 20 орёт, а заставка не прекращается - миссия не проходится. Есть решения?

At the start of the northern gate there is a video - a monster with long fingers drags some soldier and that screamer. He's still screaming for 20 minutes, and the screensaver does not stop - the mission does not go through. There are solutions?
