Please post your issues here [UPDATED]
EDIT: Some additional "things to try" when posting feedback:
  • If you are experiencing issues, right-click Dead Rising 3 in your game library. Select “properties”, select the “LOCAL FILES” tab, and click “VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE” to ensure that there aren’t any missing or corrupt local version of your files.
  • If you are running the game with a user.ini that disables the 30fps cap, please delete your user.ini file and see if it changes the game's behavior.
======================================================
Hello Community,

While we hope the vast majority of fans will have a great time with Dead Rising 3, there will always be a case where the game may not function correctly under certain software environment and/or hardware combination.

To keep the community forum discussion and reporting in an orderly fashion, please share any technical issues you may experience with the game right here. We’ll use this thread as a central repository for tracking issues, and then pass on the information to the development team so they can take a look at it.

IMPORTANT: Please share the following information when posting in this thread.

A) Your System Specs
1) CPU name and model
2) Graphics card/chip model
3) Video driver version number
4) System memory size
5) OS version (Windows 7, 8, 64-bit/32-bit, etc.)
6) OS language
7) Anti-Virus software name and version (please be specific)
8) Motherboard/chipset, if known (or if a laptop, make/model)

B) Specific issue
Please share your specific issue and the area where you’re experiencing this behavior. If it's a reproducible crash or a hang, it would be super useful if you can share your dxdiag log file crash dump, etc. via download link.

C) Detailed reproduction steps, if consistently reproducible
This step in particular is super helpful for the development team. The more detailed info you can provide, the quicker the team can reproduce the error state and (hopefully) fix the issue.

RULES:
Any rant or “discussion” that derails the thread will be deleted as it becomes extremely difficult for us to track and compile issues.

Again, it goes back to the earlier point -- making it easy for us to track issues so we can share information with the development team quickly and as complete as possible.

Thank you, and hope you don’t have to post here :)

My main issue with the game, while fun, is that it doesn't look good enough to justify the specs it takes to run it. I'm running 2 780Ti's in SLI and a 4960x. I still get dips at 1080p.

My main issue is the game crash on Loading Screen everytime I started the game. If I change it to Integrated Graphic, it does not crash at all but the game will run very slowly...So I cannot play this game with my Nvidia graphic card, it only works with my Intel HD Graphic 4600.

Hey guys! After a certain duration of time (Usually 5-10 minutes, but my most recent test after lowering the games resolution to 720p with the actual resolution of the game natively reflecting that), the game will turn black and crash immediately after with the deadrising3.exe has crashed error. As noted in my forum post, users with Windows 8.1 seem to be the ones effected by this bug. It happens with the game running with, or without the 60 fps. I hope you find a fix soon, so we can enjoy this game! Thanks!

My Specs:
Windows 8.1 64-Bit
EVGA GTX 770 SC
Intel i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50 GHz
8 gigs of Ram
No Anti-virus software

Random crash(without message. just exit to window) while play.
When I choose exit menu, crash and have to press alt+f4 to exit
Also, sound volume is very soft. I checked all of sound setting on windows and creative console. All settings are fine.
Checked with other games and only DR3 has this problem.
