Disconnect issue
I constantly disconnect after being in game for a minute or so. Any idea why? I have no firewalls up or any programs that could clash.

I'm guessing you don't have this problem with other MMOs?

Try running a route trace. That's the command "tracert" and will show you the route your ping is taking to the server. It may be getting hung up along the way (see if any areas have a ping of 2000ms or more). I recommend running it 5-20 times to be sure. If it is, then perhaps you can contact your ISP. If not, try submitting a Help Desk[] ticket.

Thank you. A few times it states that the request timed out. I'm assuming it's not connecting then?
Yup! If the IP shown for the part of the trace route ISN'T the one I listed, then your pathing is going through a bad area.

I've never had the issue, but you can probably consult the Help Desk about how to go about fixing it. I just know how to diagnose it, not how to fix it. Sorry >n<

Thank you for all your help. I might just have to get on my isp's case about it.

I'm currently using a satellite internet service (though nothing unusual is happening) Do you think that might attribute to it going through so many bad areas?
No idea. Probably? Satellite isn't the best connection generally.

It's probably more of where you live that it's routing you through a bad section on its way to LaTale.

I'm not really a techie, so no clue >A<

I'm settling it with them now. I'm planning on changing services anyways. Thanks again.
