It's due to the fact that your ISP is using a dynamic IP, if I recall correctly. I think you can call your ISP to get it fixed.

Minor comment and also offtopic, but he was actually speaking Portuguese. I just don't really like seeing people mistaking it with Spanish.
About the ISP thing, I also use a dynamic IP and I can play just fine.

I know it's Portuguese. However, most Portuguese understand Spanish, and Spanish is what I'm familiar with. I'd rather have them meet me halfway than screw up the Portuguese terms, as I've at least been taught Spanish.

Read La Alquimista because I was bored way back in the day. Only Portuguese I remember was "Tenho".
