Howto: Report Players

Hi all!
As we're observing an increasing number of "bad manners" in game, I'm openng this topic in order to give you instructions on what to do in case of problems.
The steps you need to do are the following:

• Take one (or more if needed) screenshot proving the abuse, showing both the messages and the user's name.
  
• Upload the screens to Steam or an external image hosting site.
  
• PM a mod/dev on Steam, linking the screenshot(s) and explaining explaining exactly what happened.

The following stuff are the THINGS TO AVOID:

• Create posts just to report users, or attack publicly in the forums ("witch hunting").
  
• Answer the abuser with offensive phrases or behaviour - even if it's understandable, it has to be avoided.
  
• Abuse the reporting system or, on the other hand, not report users who are clearly disrupting others' enjoyment.

I'm requesting those steps because we miss a report system in-game, and we mods don't have absolutely the possibility to read chat logs.. so if we are to punish someone we have to be 100% sure of the abuse.
Unfortunately as you know we are not online 24/7, but all the mods read the PM (not in-game, but on Steam) and answer as soon as possible. Additionaly I also have Steam on my phone, so if you send me a friend request followed by the report I'll act immediately - if I'm at home of course!
