I bin the keys, save then launch the game but the binding is not saved.
Also keep in mind that the startup tutorial will show default key bindings each time, but your new ones should still work regardless!
The usual Alt+Shift in-game to turn into QWERTY mode also doesn't work for some reason.
I could somewhat alleviate the problem by using Xpadder to rebind the keys manually though.
Huh? It is obvious that they DON'T work.
Using keybinder.exe will wirte a file with the new keybinds. But they don't apply.
Here is my (changed) keybinds.txt:
+z = moveup_start
-z = moveup_end
+s = movedown_start
-s = movedown_end
+q = moveleft_start
-q = moveleft_end
+d = moveright_start
-d = moveright_end
e = interact
escape = pause
a = notebook
tab = picktarget
space = continue
y = prompt_yes
n = prompt_no
num1 = select1
num2 = select2
num3 = select3
num4 = select4
num5 = select5
num6 = select6
num7 = select7
num8 = select8
num9 = select9
But after that, the game seems to use "q" double: I can move left with it but after releasing that key I also get into the notebook.
Looks a bit like a very humble implemantation.
As stated above it is not playable like this.
