Youtube Upload/Monetization Policy

I cannot seem to find any reference to whether we can upload this on YouTube without getting a copyright claim, is there a link to a statement showing whether we can upload or perhaps the dev's can provide one?

YouTube requires they have explicit permission for monetization, if you send a request to [e-mail] we can get squared away
