Is it a "walking sim" (no offence), 2D adventure game or what? What about puzzles? Is this just narrative based or are there puzzles too? If yes, how difficult in general are the puzzles?

After I leave the room with her sister and the white text comes up. The game appears to freeze the music continues but nothing else happens. Is something meant to occur after that point?

As per the title I can't get past this day. I have installed this a second time and still have the same problem. Has anyone else had this?
