Can't get any "gifts from girls"

So I finished the game in two difficulties already, and I have everything pretty much maxed out. Everytime I re-do the Mondo Girls mini-game (any) at the end I get a red ticket. I have been reading about the "Happiest Man on Earth" and everywhere it says that I should receive Crystal Moon Ore, so, what the hell?

DO the red tickets count as gifts? If not, why I'm not getting the Crystal Moon Ores? And yes, I already AAA'd all the girls, and also, I woo'd Scarlett and didn't get the "Lucky Girl" achivement, again, what the hell?

If someone can help me with my doubts that would be fine. Thanks.

Sorry for necroing but I have the same question. And also receive blue/red tickets and not moon ore.
Also after pressing A on "you received red ticket" screen I have summary that says that I have received 0 gifts from girl.

Is that counter bugged?
