Low fps/flickering screen fix

Just thought I would let people know as I found a fix for both, for the low fps (usually on amd I think) make sure you are running not in crossfire make a profile to turn it off and the flickering screen is fixed by going to options and clicking on the dropdown for resoloution and just waiting until it stops... not sure why but it does the trick.

I had a flickery screen @ game world start, but i would just go to a hero menu and wait like 10-15 seconds and it stopped. Prevous time (i did reinstal on windows) i didnt had this problem and i think that windows got the same updates both thimes (2 days margin). So in my case the flickering stops by itself, just if i wait in a menu. I am an AMD/ATI user.

I used to think it was choosing vertical sync on and off, but really just bringing up the menu for 5-10 second at the beginning makes it go away.
