Help in copying spells to my spellbook

I cannot seem to copy scrolls into my spellbook, even though I have 56 crystals. Is there a lvl requirement that I've not met....I'm not quite lvl 3. (ignore the Maelstrom 631 below...thought it was asking for my Steam name).

you need to get a skill to learn spells thats probably what your missing.

ya i am the warrior i need to spec into magic to learn spells, but i am not gonna waste the stuff in magic on my wwarrior so there Scrolls
