hoi3_tfh has stopped working

I click play on HoI3 go down to TFH, click, gives error hoi3_tfh has stopped working, menu comes up, no mods, click start and gives the same error, and yes I have all dlcs.
I play on 4.02

i took mine to the nards to figer out. they told me they had to put in a code. sorry not alot of help but ya it cost me more to get it to work .. ask some steam experts
