[Enron Auditing]

First time taing on Japan, it is Spring 1944, with Germany under control. The Soviet Union has taken Manchuria and Korea, and I need to take Japan before the Soviet Union does. I have a large advantage in tech, but I am not exactly sure how to go about this.

My Current Plan:
Should I just invade Tokyo with a corps, drop 2 Airborne div each on Kyushu and Shikoku, and mop up the rest of the VP on Honshu with Marine landings.

Is the above plan good, and will this be enough points to get Japan to surrender?

I am not really sure how much the Japan AI keeps on the home islands...

They normal have kinda no bridges there pick your own plan :).

ya what u need to do is spread out ur army pre landing ,on all ur ilands u own. so that the supply is maxed .this set up is kinda a pain but can be done ralther easy if u have the transport ships. just keep a eye on ur supply. send men to the next LV or port tell ur at the right amount. than land ur closeest set of men and move up more tell u land all ur men . it should be MT men and inf men . some mariens. use ur fighters to intersept or sorty around looking .japan can be strong at times with air whitch can devistate ur landing crafts. i land south with about 20 div. than drop 20 more on the next closets ports and try and cut off there men. more less hold at around 1/4 control of there iland tooking. than land ur last men up north . than push hard from south soon after. use ur carries to weaking the men so ur attacks are easyer. save them tell now. there supply costare hi, so tell now they can hurt ur troops . same with battle ships once landed 50 % or ur men send them to norforok and set up for germany. i use them with destorys to land on france. japan can be easy but , the largy ur army size the faster u can start to grow ur rec. size. make sure u dont put alot of men on the disert islands. this can eat up alot of men . ill make 2 garrrison div and hold them with that. tokyo should be attacked last. there bunkers and sea defences make for a strong hold u will need to attack with full incriclement.
