Save your progress?
Hi -- just bought this game. If I quit for some reason (it can happen) and restart the game, my progress is lost and I have to start all over again. I looked at Options menu and cannot see a Save option. And so it seems that saving games is not possible?

Yup, saving isn't available at the moment. (I have the PC version bought directly from them ages ago) Hopefully they will add it, particularly to the iPad version which _really_ needs it.

I see there is now a "Digital Edition" available for 1-4 players including play against the AI. Maybe that has savegame facility? As for the "Prologue" I think it should have been clearly flagged that there is no savegame function.

they have said that the DE will have save, but they haven't said yet if that would be backported to the Prologue.

I think I'd be interested in the DE if it has savegame. Meanwhile, I hope that The Prologue will get the savegame added. I like the whole boardgame vibe but the inability to save progress has kind of "broken the deal" for me. hope it gets fixed!

This game is fantastic, but NEEDS a save feature! A 4 player game can take hours if not days depending on if you team up on the leader or not. The solo game can take just as long if you are enjoying it or getting interrupted. To start from scratch again and again will hurt the game in the long run. Please add to solo and DE!!

Any news on this topic?

I agree this needs a save function. I heard there is a save function on the DE version.

So to the developers, if you are not going to include a save function on the prologue I would suggest offering this version for free like a demo. A lot of times, demos do not have save features (for instance, NeoScavenger)

It doesn't seem that Devs are reading this board, but just in case: I'd love a save feature too :)

Yeah, this is definitely bothering me. These days omitting a save feature is a just about unforgiveable oversight.
