-Several New Countries
•Irealand (Owns Scotland, Ireland, and Britanny, and has combined military forces of France, England, and Spain at the start of the game)
•German Federation (Owns all of northern Germany)
•African Federation (Owns West African Nations and Coast)
•Poland-Lithuania (Poland & Lithuania start as one country, but can split through a historical event with a massive polish rebellion that will only be settled if you release Poland)
•Prussia (Combined states of Brandenburg, Teutonic Order, Some of North Poland-Lithuania, and Pomerania)
•Pueblo Nations (has cores on all of texas area, and can instantly westernise after forming texas, starts with colonialism idea and 3 colonists)
•Californian Republic (owns california, and has cores on all of western USA. can form Western States of America, and after forming the WSA, it can form the USA if it grabs southeast USA, and states all the way to the washington D.C. area. USA can hence form the States of United America by controlling all of playable canada, USA, mexico, and northern South America which can only be made by player actions, I hope)
•Hawaii (starts out with no land, but china, japan, californian republic, and hawaii have cores on that single province. so far this usually causes giant naval wars in the pacifac that last for 20 years when somebody colonises hawaii. Hawaii will always be a high rebel state until it's own nation, Hawaii, is formed)
•Others in russia and china, and other minor native american nations
-Aztecs own more land
•Aztecs now own half of Maya
•Aztecs start at war with Pueblo Nations w/ conquest cassus belli
-Piracy Confederation
•Not a real "Nation" but allows pirates to colonize the trinidad-tobago area and form the Pirate Confederation, which has maximum hostility towards everybody, and a giant navy with plenty ducats to support the navy for 50 years.
•Forms automatically in 1700 if the cored land isn't captured
•Unique Land Forces
•Own Culture
•Atheist nation (because of their killing, of course.)
Thats just a quick look at the first update, but there i going to be A TON more of features. Contact me privately if you want to know them.
I've already went there for help. I posted three times over a 1 week period, and nobody answered. All three times I posted they were in EU3 Mod related forums.
And not wanna push you down, but the hard part is not creating new countries (which is quickly & easily done) but creating lots of sensibles events and decisions (e.g. have ideas for them) around them so its actually fun to play them. At least thats my perspective.
I've already created the countries and events that I listed above. I've been working on this project for a month now. I recolored 73 countries last night.
Now, I mean by game file...
Download the death and taxes mod. Instantly after you open it, there are 3 things. The mod folder, then the video file that turns into a short 5-line script or something, then a changelog.
I don't know how the video file works, open it in Notepad++ and see if you understand it, because I don't.
Also, after my update last night, I copy&pasted the game file thingy and then I changed the name of the "Death And Taxes" part to my mod's name, then I tested the 0.4 version of the mod, and my custom countries wouldn't show up for some reason. Why is that?

Alright, there we go. Thanks.
It isn't finished yet. I came across a coding error that caused random nations to seemingly evaporate, and its provinces turn into colonial provinces.
Wouldn't want part of your nation evaporating, right?
