It is at 8:05

The girl has picked up the medal thing and now she is supposed to be able to climb down the rainbow,

The pictures in the books are correctly matched.

She just stands there ,though (as if frozen) refusing to move

I can't progess any further if I can't get her to move.

I'm not willing to backtrack because it's not worth the time or labour.

This is a ridiculous game and OI want to finish it as fast as I can

The thing is I've closed all the drawers

But that is all that happens. None of the levers work

She can't lift the g;lass bottle

So I don't understand why nothing else is working?

Now at 3:45 I give the caterpillar the ring and he is supposed to give me the key to the glass jar.

But he does not.


I don't understand why?

Well it's the last question that I need help with....

About the caterpillar......

I gave him what looks like a silver ring (or perhaps a silver screw?)

In the video he gives me the key to the glass jar that has the next item in it

The problem is (in my game) he does not give me the key

I do not understand why


I don't have a gold ring to give him...just the silver ring

It looks like (and I certainly could be mistaken) that a gold ring is supposed to come out of the drawers in the caterpillar room.

Well, I've already unlocked that puzzle and going BACK to it and re-opening the drawer does not produce a ring inside (gold to be precise)

There is no gold ring in the inventory

Am I on the right track or on the wrong track of thinking?

The fact is that I did that closing all the drawers puzzle

I completed it

So,I'm sure the gold ring HAD to have appeared and it MUST have gone into the inventory

However it is not in there and it is also not in the drawer anymore and the caterpillar wants it and I can't proceed further along in the game without it

I don't understand what is wrong?

Did it happen?
Did you grab the ring?
If not, does it happen when you open the drawer and close it again?

I don't know if I grabbed it or it floated into the inventory stack. I just know it's not in the drawer when you open it now,

It is also not in my inventory

I can tell you that I completed the open\drawer thing correctly and at the end all drawers were shut.

I would not have just left stuff in the drawer and not picked it up

Now I can go back to a different slot and do the puzzle all over again and voila I have the golden ring.

That would be considerably wasteful because I spent a HUGE amount of time in the other puzzles so far .

Basically I would be repeating stuff that took at least 8 hours to complete correctly (other scenario puzzles)

It is not worth me being set back eight hours...plus it makes no sense whatsoever that I would "lose" the golden ring?

That makes no sense at all.
