Rotating Ring Puzzle Solution
It's pretty easy and the solution is written down. The problem was the control which mess everything up. The default control is set to Touch which only allow you to turn right. Go to Option and set it to Swipe and hit Apply. This will allow you to drag the ring to left.

Top ring is A, second is B, third is C, bottom ring is D. All left drag: DDCCA
