How do you reset QR codes?

I want to completely erase all player painted QR codes like I'm playing the game for the first time. I can't seem to manage it though. I've removed my save as well as the backup save, and I've overwritten the Steam Cloud save, but my old QR codes keep showing up in the new game. Is there another file I have to delete or something?

Not that I'm aware of. Since you can see QR codes painted by other gamers who are on your Steam friends list, I'd be surprised if there's a way to clear it out once it's painted since it's probably inventoried on a server.
