Dropped the letter of transfer for Finding proof of Mae'Var's treachery quest

I must have dropped it somewhere in one of the dungeons i went to before i attempted this quest. Is there anyway to get another one? I do not want to retrace my steps.

There is a console command and with a list of items you should be able to create a new one.
I dont have all the details...but google it.
There is a list of all items and their console codes on GameFAQs.
Also good info on 'sorcerer's place'.
