I use the 3rd mode, the one which scales the time with an exponential function. I made a spreadsheet using the function described in the link [1] and fiddled with the values until I got something that seemed logical. No rationale other than, L1 must refresh after at least 60 secs have passed and L9 spells require a LOOONG time to refresh.
These are my values:
65 433 122
Which give this progression:
1 66
2 76.7060328551837
3 114.361616235684
4 202.03120520664
5 367.531491969757
6 642.828701439887
7 1063.63167885156
8 1669.09179033435
9 2501.56915739895
(second column is the time for refresh measured is in real-time seconds)
And for divine spells:
65 433 108
1 66
2 81.103018706118
3 146.828164257773
4 324.307211449586
5 699.38362146805
6 1382.68045973022
7 2509.65254343645
