Killing Saemon

I saw Saemon in Amkhetran and saw him in argument with two mercenaries. When I saw that he, once again, ♥♥♥♥ me up I decided to load previous save and cast time stop and kill that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. When I go to smuggler's cave, they still talk about him. After that I've read that he is supposed to appear once again in Smuggler's cave for whatever reason. Did I ♥♥♥♥ed some quest up or will he appear anyway ? And if he appears once again, can I kill him in that Smuggler's cave ? I want to settle some old scores. It goes alongside my role in the game. :D

His dialog will still be spoken, itll be by Biff The Understudy, who stands in for all missing major dialog characters (* people yourve killed or who have died somehow *)
