WITHOUT MODS, THIS GAME IS MEANINGFUL, AFTER 10 DAYS ADJUSTING, I FINALLY CAN PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN, BUT ANOTHER UPDATE? I THINK I NEED TO DELETE THIS GAME.

Just updated to the newest patch myself. Has anyone else found that they can't see the mods and assets and themes they previously downloaded? For me, it appears they're all active, but in the Content Manager I can't activate or deactive anything - the windows are blank.

Just was curious whether anyone else is experiencing that and whether it's a patch-only thing or a conflict between a mod and the new update!

That sounds weird. I'll note that you have that issue and will notify the developers if more people have the same experience.

Have you tried anything to see if fixes the issue?

That sounds weird. I'll note that you have that issue and will notify the developers if more people have the same experience.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm in the process of doing so right now! I do subscribe to BloodyPenguin's "Improved Content Manager" so that's my first point of attack. Will try and see if disabling that somehow might fix things up.

Just removing modding from the game and add loads of new content to replace it, the game is just broke most of the time.

I just can't enter the game after updated and it ran well yesterday.
(It stucked at the Paradox logo.)
No mods were used, and the OS is Windows 10.

Confirmed! Unsubscribing from the "Improved Content Manager" fixed the issue. Others in the mod discussion have also experienced this same issue - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=814498849 . Hopefully BloodyPenguin will be able to rectify it soon.

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried any fixes like restarting steam or the computer? If you've tried to fix it, can you let me know what you've tried?

Is the Chinese Localization sourced from the community (there was a Chinese mod), or was it done by so called "professional translators"? What is the policy regarding community localizations, I have tried to ask a few times, but never got a serious response.

After this update the game is crazy when i was creating the bus lines or train lines. While creating the routes, the course is puting the line on every street or avenue and i cant install the line or complete de route correctly.

I did a test with some roads and simply can't complete the route to the line. Really need a correction, not using mods.
