wow great interview lots of insight glad to hear that the 2D travel system will also have a 3D one possibly makes me want to pick it up and start playing again :D great job great interview also the first video has been taken down due to the owners request so if you could provide the proper link to watch that video that would be awesome

Game looks great, but needs to ditch the 2d map, and improve ranges variance on weapons.
sadly, i dont think the development team has the vision required to make this game something successful

Jack i started to, but then i closed it. I had surgery yesterday and i was not feeling well ;)
Im glad though that the team has made that choice, even though i really wanted to see the 2d map work out more (with more speed) i really think it was for the better (The loss of it)

With the loss of the 2d mode, and gaining more weapon ranges i think the game will be off in the right direction for some serious game play.

I saw a statement made about finding salvage from abandoned stations (9:31). Is this true (today)?

This video addressed a lot of questions I had while I was trying to look up more information on this game. I'm still somewhat torn on what level I want to invest (was recently... disappointed in another up and coming game), but I really think the potential is there for this. I'm sure the comparison has been made already, and I'll do it again: it looks like a much more interactive/fun version of Eve. I really hope the game keeps the sandbox idea going. Players can make their own fun when given the independence and tools to do so (potentially).

Definitely looking forward to seeing how this game progresses. If anyone knows of a decent wiki-esque site for this game, do let me know. Thanks!

EiEiO's guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=207123865 has a lot of information. Unfortunately, there is no comprehensive wiki for the game, but always feel free to ask questions on the forums and you will get a response.

So glad the DEVs are looking into replacing the 2D map. This is a good idea! It will definitely bring me back to the game, which I've kinda put on the side because the travel is so boring. Thank you for listening to the majority.

Want my opinion as to what should be an easy to make but really gripping addition to this game? An optional cockpit view! A mere bit of camera fixing and you'd get something really interesting for people to try in 3D space which would add to the realism part people like me look for.

try the U key

Thank you for finally listening to the consumers!

This will definitely bring me, and many others, back to the game and will make us want to spread the word about this game to our friends as long as it's done right. I'm glad you made this choice.

Now, here's the question of the day and don't mistaken it as anything other than a question: do you have a rough ETA on delivery?
Black Rain 19. juli 2014 kl. 2:28
It is speculation but they took awfully long to deliver next update, as far as we know its becouse they were testing crafting and ways of 3d travel, it does not mean those 2 will be in next update, but it is possible that atleast 1 of those (most likely crafting) but maybe....

Agreed.

Can't wait to see what the devs have in store for us!
