alien ships?

will we ever see alien designed ships in this game? I love alien looking stuff and my character is definatly an alien so alien ships would be great ^^

I agree, random alien encounters would make this even better. Ships, equipment, etc...in other games, the alien equipment was supremely strong in some areas, but had a great drawback as well (such as the boost function worked for longer, but didn't have as high a speed as human tech). This adds a greater deal of customization to suit individual play styles. Also, as with any good MMO or role-playing adventure, coming across unidentified artifacts/equipment and subsequently finding a use for it would add a great deal of flavor to the game.
