After years, I decided to play this classic with my girlfriend and I can guarantee that it's worth it, especially if it's on sale!

For a game released in 2005, it has an innovative system. The opportunity to play in co-op a survival horror game with a camera angle typical of games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. Other aspects of this style of play are implemented in a cool way.

The graphics still hold up very well to this day, I didn't have any headaches configuring the game. I installed a widescreen fix (optional) and I was ready to play.

The variety of weapons is very basic. But it continues to surprise you until the end of the game. The hand-to-hand combat is decent and gameplay with strategy between players is very present and possible!

The only problems I had were with the resolution of the internal menus during gameplay, the documents become unreadable in some cases. But many times I only used the menu just to consult the map.

I will definitely replay it someday! But now the objective is to play the second game. I recommend it for survival horror fans who are open to a different experience, especially if they choose to play coop.

They dont make games like this ANYMORE. I want more survival games that takes place at a college. And the game reminds me of that great movie from the late 90s called the FACULTY with Elija Woods.

I was looking for an old school survival horror game with a Silent Hill 1 build kind of feel to it, Obscure definitely scratched that itch. I cant believe that I had never played these games considering Survival Horror was what I mainly played after I had completed Resident Evil 1 on the PS1 all them years ago.
