Fatal Error

Been playing all week with no problems and even did a full season with minimal laps just to check it out and still no problems. Now today I start practice in the shootout and I am suddenly getting Fatal Error. Tried it 3 times with the same result. I ran all my window updates and video card updates and still get the error.

Just had my first fatal error in a multiplayer race. Why was this fine all these days and now suddenly today its got bugs? Did they do an update lastnite or something?

if it's like '13', they may be doing patches without telling anyone or posting patch notes. I'm not griping about it, just saying, that's what they did.
