Game is broken, do not buy

"Steam must be running to play this game" Welll.... my Steam IS running. I cannot launch it.

I haven't had any problems with it. Have you tried re-installing or restarting your computer?

I got that yesterday too. It was not just Ikaruga, but other games in my library. Games are running fine now, guess steam just had a hiccup.

Yeah. It's a common problem that happens to me on Steam. Just restart Steam and it should be fine.

Yes it is steams problem, look up some guides on youtube or google to fix it.
