Local co-op is broken

I tried to play this game with my friend. But game could not recognize joystick controller. It registering just keyboard. Even online multiplayer is broken.

Local co-op was the 50% of the reasons why I bought Tiny Brains, but it doesn't recognize the keyboard and the gamepad as separate and independent controlling devices. This is a major issue waiting for the solution.

(I don't understand how the developers would like to get buyers for their next game when this one is still broken...)

I played this local co-op today and yesterday. It worked flawlessly. I would guess that the issue lay somewhere else. Just a guess.

That sounds fine, but you didn't tell me how. With two controllers? A don't have them. I have a mouse+keyboard and a controller, and Tiny Brains doesn't allow me to use them independently.

This reminds me of an issue TMNT: Out of the Shadows was having. The game was seeing both the controller and the keyboard/mouse as player 1. Player 2 was always assigned to controller #2... So you had to plug in 2 controllers to get co-op working.

I'm not sure if this is the same problem.

This game TELLS you to use 2 controllers as the first one is always reserved for player one.

However, I am using two standard xbox 360 controllers and it's not working. Nothing happens if you press Start on Controller 2 (same with 3 or 4)

They are all connected well, work in other games and indicate (with the led's) their correct numbers.

Game is broken.

i AM USING 2 PS3 PADS WITH MOTIONINJOY AND PLAYING THIS WITH MY WIFE PERFECTLY WELL IN CO-OP

I'm using two xbox 360 controllers and I am also playing with my wife perfectly well in local co-op. It is working out of the box for me without needing any additional software

try xinput plus to force controller as gamepad 2, in this case you will be able to play keyboard + gamepad combo.
