Avira detects trojan issue
Steam have recently changed the method they use to apply DRM to Steam builds. This update is the first of our builds to use this new method and it's causing issues with Avira.
That's a false alarm that occurs in Avira only. Try scanning with any other antivir program and see that there is nothing there.

What you can do (quotation from other game thread):

" if you did let avira delete the file.. than yes, that is why it failed.. check if did let it go into quarantäne first and can let it put back

if it isn't there - you will have to let the game check it's on valide files (if i remember right it is under installed games > violett > details > properties > lokal files)

and ofcause you have to click on details when avira is comming up again - than check on "always ignore" - but still if you search for viruses it will find it again next time, so you will have to configure your avira and put the violett.exe into ignore manually by searching for "programs"\steam\steam_apps\common\violett\violett.exe

Always keep in mind that you might weaken your System every time you enter an file in the configuration of Avira

„Always keep in mind that you might weaken your System every time you enter an file in the configuration of Avira“ — what a ***k?!

If you're experiencing a false positive, you have to report it, since Avira developers won't know about the problem. But if there is a threat inside the file, then developers of the game have to know.

And I don't see any activity in here since Jan 22. Is the problem gone?

This also happed with F-Secure. It identified the main exe as a generic trojan. Sent it to them flagged as a false positive
