At least make the single player decent.
With all the seemingly p2w DLC, the chances of attracting and keeping future players are very slim. It'd at least be nice if the single player mode was interesting and challenging.

Well, it's not a tabletop game, it's a PC game, and it seems to be dead for most PC players because of lack of playable single player mode. If it is designed to be a strictly multiplayer game, I think it should've been an F2P with paid DLCs from the beggining.

Singleplayer campaign unplayable? Hardly. It is very easy even.
But it is hardly worth to play unless you are a diehard Cygnarite Mary Sue fan,

Missions that take more than 1 hour to finish and no middle-mission saves? Also game is not all that stable by my experience. Thanks but no thanks.

..If you can get the freaking single player to play..... Got well over recomended but it's extremly poorly optimized for laptops so i am stuck on 15 fps with drops to 2 fps sometime. Don't get me wrong i like the gameplay. But the fps problem makes it nearly unplayable

it would have been nice to see some of the new races that were created for the "DLC" sales used in some kind of single player scenario maps... a campaign would be better but I know thats asking to much

well, here we go again, almost 3 months and no updates or news about state of game. looks like there isn't even enough manpower on this dev team to respond concerning improvement of single player and improved AI, bug fixes, question of expansions since single player in this game is not working out. The message board on trello has been basically the same since months ago. So really, where are we now with the state of this game, especially single player, and the unpolished nature of this game.

Well the did say something about it in August but it's been silent since that.....

Hey guys,

We really appreciate you guys making suggestions and trying to keep things going with the game. We honestly believe that despite the number of players, the game isn't dead until WE say it's dead, and we have a LOT more coming for the game and there's a lot of work being done on it as we speak!

Right now, we have no marketing or PR other than our own staff (who are working on the game) posting to FB, twitter etc, but in the near future, we'll be making a big push to actually do more in terms of marketing and PR. Alyssa and Matt Spencer are handling a lot of plans around that now.

In regards to the forums, you're totally right - it's creating a split in the players. But having separate forums actually gives us a better way to communicate with the community due to forum tools. We are planning to distribute through other channels later and we'll need one non-Steam way to chat with as many people as possible since people will come from all the different platforms.

Thank you guys again for all your continued support. If you gotta step away from the game for awhile because you can't get enough matches or whatever, that's totally understandable - just know that we're working hard to address everything from technical issues to new features to building a bigger community!

Good for you man!
This is the only KS game I regret having backed - I just wanted a decent SP campaign, but even after a year since release, the SP is bad.

It is obvious to me that this game was not designed to have single player at all. In the initial alpha tutorial by the assistant producer, he states that this is a multiplayer game. That's why it is going to take another 6 months to a year at least, if ever, to fix the SP with other factions and add more interesting storylines, animate the cutscenes and markedly improve AI. Supporting this game with all the DLC I bought is really testing my patience.

i am ok with a DLC to add story, just pvp games get dull and abused

KS promises is often not worth much but i agree with Rakesh here. Not happy with the kickstart pledge that this game was the result of. Might have been my own fault for thinking this was supposed to be a sort of introduction to the warmachine lore. (Sort of like Warhammer 40k did). I like turnbased tactical games (SP first and multiplayer second in any game devolopment that don't have any previous gamesin the series is a must) and i think i have given the devolopers the time to fix it. (Nov 20, 2014 was the game released.
That is a year ago) And somehow the game version in game still says 0.92......
