Launching In Mac Fails

Hi, I bought Tiny Barbarian DX today though the Flash Humble Bundle and The game isn't loading for me. I've tried both direct download and via steam. When launched, the barbarian icon appears in the dock for about a half of a second and dissapears. No failure prompt or anything.

I'm running Snow Leopard with 4GB of ram. Yes, I can run Mavericks. No, I don't wish to till I try it on another computer.

In Finder press Cmd-Shift-G, go to /Library/Frameworks, and check if you have Mono installed. If not, google "mono download" which should bring you to mono-project.com, and get the MRE .
