Considering the buy but is it ok to buy it?
Considering to buy because of the aspect and promised features, the trailer and screens isn't half bad either, but the reviews are dauntingly bad, but there's a platform for it, maybe some opinions will help me

Singleplayer is good. You can clock in a lot of hours. You can even find people to do coop survival with. However, I prefer multiplayer, which is basically nonexistant at this point.

I would say, wait a bit. If the devs don't make a comeback, it's not that worth it, sadly. I love this game beyond belief, and it could've been great with more updates and care from the devs.

Ayt, I suppose I'll do that
its good but i reccomend against it. Instead of finishing one game they♥♥♥♥♥♥out new ones constantly being pointless clones of the previous games.

We've released 3 games on Steam, with a couple of years between each game, so I'm not sure that counts as "constantly".

We did release 3 free expansions for the first one and 2 free expansions for the second one, so I'd say the games are complete, just a little buggy at times.

We tried to take a different approach in KW2B, which meant one of the biggest complaints from KW1 players was that it wasn't like KW1, so I don't get how it was a clone.

With our third game MKW (which is in Early Access, not full release), we're taking some of the best elements from both KW1 and KW2B and making some improvements, so it is similar yet different, and not exactly a clone.

And the new games do benefit the old games as a lot of improvements were ported back where possible. Sadly for KW1, this is no longer possible as the engine updates would break as many things as it fixes, but for KW2B there are still some improvements from MKW that we've not ported back yet.

Servers and support will be provided for all 3 games for some time yet.

We will be making a comeback, once the madness of the MKW EA release dies down a little, most likely in late August.

Despite the complaints, the two players who have responded either love the game or say it is good.

If you can take the game as it is now, then buy it. If not, try KW1, it's free-to-play, so worst case all you'll waste is your time.

Yeah i love your kingdom wars 2 battles. But seeing how unpolished they still are after so long makes it rather disgusting. I'm still trying to complete the game but you still havent fixed the part 6 bug where you need to get 80 military units by deleting all your peasents, but its stuck on 60 for some reason, can't get anymore. So i still despite all this time, havent seen the ending of a rather interesting story. As much as i wanna reccomend your games, the constant neglecting to these things kills it. Don't tell me its not true, no one plays kingdom wars battles 2 anymore. No ones ever online anymore, max i've seen for months were six people in total.

But even through all that garbage i still love the game. But you still dont even know how to balance it. Tried out survival again too, on easy. All the strongest fullly upgraded units in the game, didnt even get past wave 8 with dragons wizards fire archers dwarf gunners and warriors. and thats on EASY.

Also you cant call the zombie thing a expansion in the 2nd game...WHen it is 90% of the games core. While it is awesome, its still a silly thing to call it a expansion

Dunno but you prolly should've responded on sale? I typically just throw funds at steam at whatever stuff that comes up that took enough of my interest at sale but after sale I'm a lot more reluctant, I'm sure many others are like that too.
