you actually don't need the XXL bundles because there are the titles seperatly or in a big bundle for a much better price

Actually, most of those you're asking can't / won't be on Steam, and wouldn't be any interrest.

YDKJ Netshow was made to play online. The questions and ads can't be downloaded anymore (as the servers are down), and wouldn't be any interrest.
YDKJ Mock 2 is a PS1 exclusive game, which has never had any PC port (and I guess it mostly uses questions already present in PC games)

Those ones are compilations :
XXL = Vol 1 XL & Vol 2, which are both on steam
Huge XXXL = Vol 1 2 & 3 (not XL version for 1)
Irrevent Collection = Vol 1 2 & The Ride
Jack Pack = Sports, TV & Moves
YDKJ 2001 = YDKJ Offline & Offline 2 (both missing on the steam collection)
Jumbo = Vol 1, 2, 3, 4 & Offline
Snack Pack = Vol 1, TV, Movies, & Vol 4
Free V is an offer, including TV + 2 YDKJ you can choose

These packs wouldn't be any use, as all the games are already present on Steam (except maybe for potencial buyers who would want specific games)

YDKJ Offline (& Offline 2 which is Louder, Faster & Funnier) use questions from netshow (but on disc version) and would be very interresting though.
I also don't know why the 5th dementia is absent from Steam (maybe because it had online features which don't work anymore).

German, UK, French & Japanese versions are not on Steam, but I guess they will never be (as they don't target as many potential buyers as the american game serie)

3. Snickers Cancer

No. Jellyvision does not and never will own Acrophobia. That was Berkeley Systems.
