So, unfortunately someone hacked my server and build a giant ramp and left behind a huge amount of wooden ceilings, pillars and lots of other stuff.
Is there any tool or way to clear the huge ramp without giving wipe to the server ?

You could C4 it to death. Other than that i don't know.

Pillars and foundations are indestructable ... so the c4 ideia doesnt really work

Oh dear. :/ That's a pain in the ass. If they are wooden, they will decay over time on their own though.

Even the admin's Uber Hatchet that one shots everything else in the game cannot do anything against foundations, ceilings, or pillars. To solve all this, they just need to properly edit the Uber Hatchet to actually do what it is supposed to do - one hit destroy anything.

How to spawn Ulber Hatchet ?

inv.giveplayer PLAYERNAME "Uber Hatchet"
from console or login to rcon as admin in-game and do it but as Ryan pointed out its useless against pillars etc
