How to save game progress?
Hello! I shall review Lacuna soon, but one thing is still puzzling me. How can I save my current in-game progress?

I believe it happens when you sleep, thats what it says when you quit. problem is when i try to sleep it says "need to remove suit" .... and i cant work out how to do that.

In order to remove the suit, first activate all the outside life support systems found near the habitat. Still, it won't allow you to save the game or sleep. I can't seem to even advance time, as per the gameplay mechanic, when sleeping in any of the habitat's bunk beds.

I just started playing, all works fine, sleeping and saving.. just make sure to activate all of the modules, and sleep..
I even done some exploring, activated some satnavs, but cant find other habitats

It saves automatically when you sleep. You must set the desired amount of time you would like to sleep after clicking on a bunk and then hit the "Set" button. The screen should fade to black and then back in.

It didn't fade to black at all, when I tried sleeping. Must have been a glitch, so I'm going to try again later. Thank you for your replies!

I fixed up my second hab, fully functional, however it won't let me take off my suit.

I'm in a fully pressurized and heated hab and no matter what, it leaves my suit on. So I'm unable to sleep, or save game, or eat. Bit of an issue here!

- If I could save without sleeping, then perhaps I could figure out a solution. But I had to abandon hours of progress by quitting.

- If there was a way to take off my EVA suit (rather than relying on the game doing it automatically), then I could also avoid these issues.

But as the game is currently written, I've been forced to waste time. It seems like a bug, but I can't be 100% certain. All I know is, the hab's status is good for all 4 systems. No idea why I am forced to wear the suit indoors.

(I did not have this issue with the first hab I found, just the second one.)

Are you certain that the Reoxygenator had at least one working storage tank? I'm going to look into this some more, but I've so far not been able to find any bug preventing the suit from being automatically taken off.

EDIT: My mistake. After taking a second look I did find the issue. Currently the only check is if the Reoxygenator is operational. That is the only thing required for automatically removing the suit. But that doesn't account for if the Reoxygenator is running on reserve power, which it probably was in your case. I'll get out the patch soon. Thanks for reporting the circumstances of your issue so I could track this down easier.

Thanks for the quick look! There was one functioning O2 tank for sure, but the unit might have been on reserve power as you suggested.

You have to go to sleep i the bunk. You can choose how long you want to sleep. It's a save point. You will start new awake.

Yeah, it got fixed eventually. I managed to save the game as well.
