Gamepad compatible?
Y/N?

I want to know. I have a logitech USB gamepad and was wondering if this game allows it. I tried to play ne game, Ares but it wouldn't let me play without an Xbox controller. It was really lame. Does this game do that too, or will it allow any USB controller that it detects?

My Logictech gampad works just fine. I did have to create a profile for it, so it wasn't just plug and play like a lot of games. But it wasn't a huge deal either. Just open up the manual from the Library page here and map the buttons you want where they go.

This question is answered in detail in a one of the stickies I believe. Short answer, you need a pad with Xinput which comes in newer pads. You can also download A free app from the Logitech website that will allow you to configure your pad.

x360ce also works if you're using a DirectInput pad.

Using a dualshock 2 + adapter and x360ce, works fine.

JoyToKey is a program I use for approximately 50% or more of my computer games and I have a wired 360 controller(I once used a logitech...NEVER AGAIN!). I even use it for starcraft!

I've gone through 3 logitech controllers. They are not durable.
