Overpowered Lane Combos?

Which combination of heroes in your opinion makes the best lane partners?

Melee, ranged?

Ranged, caster?

Melee, caster?

I seem to have a tough time against ranged heroes: Torrace, Skalla, and Khagas.

Granted, when played well, any hero can be very effective, but these three seem to give me a run for my money!

Who do you dread sharing a lane with?

If your lane has a natural counter, is it wise to switch with a team mate, or tough it out?
