How did you first find out about Sins of a Dark Age?

I don't do Facebook anymore, but it was an early Rock, Paper, Scissors article. I believe I first played the game after seeing it featured on Steam. Not sure if it was just a "you might also like" recommendation based on my game library.

As someone who doesn't have a facebook either: I saw an ad a long time ago on a website I browse (can't remember the site). This would have been in early 2013, I believe.

No Facebook. I think I saw something on a game site like IGN or Gamespot. This was back when the commander mode was still a part of the game. I actually wasn't interested in the game at that time because of that mode. Once I saw it was removed I gave the game a second look. Glad I did :)

I included my answer as an "Other" option on the survey, but it was a small blurb in the back of Game Informer magazine. The "dark fantasy ARTS" concept had me instantly (and irreparably? :P) hooked.

well actully i was so pissed at Dota2 and rage quit went on steam and found this game for 5€ i tought why not.. and havent played another moba since..

I have played LOL,Dota2 and alot of other mobas over the years nothing is like this game.
100/10 :P

I saw this game while browsing through the Steam store page. Being as how I own Infinite Crisis, it looks like it came up as a recommended game.

Nice to know that it's finally making some sort of foray into the mainstream haha

You'll find Sins to be slightly less hectic than IC due to the less "claustrophobic" size of the map, but the Realm Quests generally keep the level of action roughly the same :P

I was a huge fan of Sins of a Solar Empire so have known about this game since about 2013, but once I heard it was a MOBA I lost interest. I will however keep an eye on Ironclad in case they return to the RTS genre in the future.
