Surrender Timer...
No offense but you have to bring it down from 25 minutes to 20 minutes, that extra 5 minutes in a hopeless match, all it does is give someone the urge to uninstall straight up.

I actually second this quite a bit; I brought the issue up in my previous post regarding AFK/Surrender logic, but in the subsequent discourse regarding aids for an under-manned team I think the issue was unfortunately sidelined.

We understand that in the future, there may be many features added to give losing teams more of an edge for a comeback, making surrenders a bit more undesirable an option, but as it stands such features are not yet implemented into the build.

As with the party system being capped from 5 to 3, this fix from 25 minutes to 20 can be seen as a temporary Band-Aid, cultivating quality of life for the population.

Yep, in 20 minutes u can figure out if its worth playing a match or not especially as no premades are possible atm.

20 minutes should be sufficient. Honestly at least 50% of games you know at the 20 minute mark who is going to win.

I would actually go around in a different way fixing this: instead of bringing down the timer, i would tune the snowballing down so that that extra 5 minutes is not quite so excruciating :)

I'll forward to the devs, but I'd really try to hold out and stay optimistic until the June promotion starts later this month.

Is it unfortunate that sometimes certain matches just seem like you are guaranteed to lose? Yes. But hopefully it's just a small player base issue that will be addressed with some new fresh players introduced with the upcoming promotion.

That snowballing on items can actually be countered by good harassment. Also the snowballing is what keeps this game from having a long laning phase like LoL which is one of the biggest selling points for many players.
