Chapter Selection Bug?

I finished the game and I wanted to go back and complete a few things I missed. Unfortunately, it's only giving me the option to play chapter 1. This happen to anybody else?

Well, if this stays the case, it looks like I won't be replaying just to get a handful of things. I'll probably come back to this in a few years just to experience it again, but not much past that.

once you know how to do the level it really doesn't take long to do it again. On my 2nd playthrough to get all the memories (there's a bug to do with those too) i just exited before finishing the game so that all the chapters remained open until i got all the memories. Now i've got every achievement so i've uninstalled the game
