Did you click the 'Add' button? If you click the 'Add' button, then a file select dialog should open and allow you to find and pick a model for use as vegetation. Keep in mind to use the required vegetation shaders in the models' material files. See here for more detail: http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/page/tutorials/_/terrain-r9

I get that, Its when i add a plant or tree, the layers them selfs are not there in the menu you only see add or remove but can not select any of the vegetation thats been add to the layers. so like i add grass to the layer, it can use that layer but however once i add somthing like tree or other type of grass i can no longer use that 1st layer because u can not see the layer box that should allow you to select another plant or tree in the layers before that. so if i created layer 1 with grass, then add plants as layer 2,then trees an my last layer 3, i will be stuck only being able to use layer 3, because the layers them selfs are not visible to see so i can not select them.

Without seeing a screenshot of the whole editor we can only guess, but i suspect you need to make the right side panel bigger by left-click dragging its left edge to the left. Might also need to increase the overall height of the editor as well.

thank you all for taking the time out of your day for helping me it is fixed Macklebee it was my task bar not letting me dragg it i had to hide the taslbar in windows to get the right side panel to show the vegetation layers. turns out this was somthing simple :)
