The Steam client isn't running or no connection possible!
I finally got the game running and this is the error I get - Steam IS logged on. I have latest version- When I click Login nothing happens.

It already took me ages to get the game operating with moving files around so not exactly impressed.

Same here. have tried most fixes that ive read about and none have worked for me. One you may try yourself is go into the game properties and make sure its running under 32 bit

Right click 7 days in your library, go to properties, local files tab and then click brows local files. scroll down and click install 32 bit or install 64 bit
